Description
  1. QAGame
  2. Add SK_Mannequin
  3. Create a level sequence, add SK_Mannequin, add ThirdPersonWalk_RootMotion
  4. Step to the end of that first animation and add Crouch_Walk_Lt_Rifle_Ironsights

RESULT: There's root motion blending at the frame where the animations are adjacent. This doesn't happen if the animation clip doesn't have root motion.

EXPECTED: There shouldn't be any blending at the frame where the animations are adjacent.
