Description

Per poly collision does not update/follow the mesh when the mesh is moved via Blueprint

Does not occur in 4.18

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Download attached project
  2. PIE
  3. Walk into the front of the cannon and notice the collision
  4. Press P key and cannon will move upwards
  5. Try and walk into where the font of the cannon was aiming initially
  6. Notice there is still collision there

Expected: The collision follows the mesh since it is per poly

Results: The collision does not update and follow the mesh
