Description

This looks like the same issue as [Link Removed], but for ES31 (that was originally reported on ES2 and likely ES31 was not tested)

So far this has only been tested on Android. It didn't occur on Android ES2.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open QAGame in the editor
  2. Enable ES31 for Android in Project Settings
  3. Package the TM-ShaderModels map for Android (I did ETC2)
  4. Run the game on the phone

RESULT: The movie in the level has very high gamma
