Description

The CopySkinnedModelData() function is no longer referenced by any code in the Engine as of 4.19. The function should either be marked as deprecated or removed from the Engine.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Locate and open the SkeletalMeshTools.h and SkeletalMeshTools.cpp files.
  2. Find the CopySkinnedModelData() function in both files.

RESULT:
The CopySkinnedModelData() function is not referenced anywhere else in the Engine source code.

EXPECTED:
The CopySkinnedModelData() function is either marked as deprecated, or removed entirely.
