When using the Set Replicate Movement node inside of a character blueprint. The only node available requires the target to be a character. This applies to different types of references such as a generic Actor reference.
Result: The Set Replicate Movement node that is provided requires a character reference (even though the variable is an actor reference)
Expected: The Set Replicate Movement node provided would match the type of reference (when applicable) being used when the context menu is brought up
