Show Spherical Limit Does Not Show Constraints

Show Spherical Limit does not display the constraints in the viewport of the animation Blueprint

Constraints are visible in 4.18.3

1. Download attached projects
2. Open the 4.18.3 project
3. Open the animation Blueprint and see in the viewport that the Spherical Limit is visible in the viewport
4. Open the 4.19.1 project
5. Open the animation Blueprint and see in the viewport that the Spherical Limit is not visible in the viewport

Expected: The Spherical Limit is visible in the viewport of the animation Blueprint

Results: The Spherical Limit is not visible in the viewport of the animation Blueprint
