Crash when running build with an Automation Test

Description

Licensee is trying to run an Automation Test from Blueprint in a packaged build. When the exe is launched it crashes with a fatal error.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open attached project
  2. Package project for Windows 64bit with Build Configuration set to Development
  3. Run the exe

Result: Fatal Error crash

Expected: Exe launched with no issues
