When you set the rotation rate of a Rotating Component so that the moved actor reaches exactly 90 or -90 pitch, it stops rotating for a few seconds.
1. Create an empty project
2. Add a cube to the scene and set its mobility to "Movable". (You can
furthermore change its pitch to 80 so you don’t have to wait so long.)
3. Add a Rotating Movement component to this actor and set its rotation
rate to 0/5/0 (just any small number is ok).
4. Play in selected viewport.
Result: The actor rotates a few seconds in the correct direction, and then stops for some seconds. Then half a minute correct, and once again some seconds standing still (always at pitch of 90 or -90).
Expected: The actor should have a constant rotation.
