Description

Adding source length to a point light that is set to stationary or static will cause shadows to build incorrectly on movable objects.

Working as expected in 4.18 CL# 3832480

Found in 4.19 CL# 4033788, 4.20 Preview 2 CL# 4121666

This is a regression.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open the editor
  2. Create a empty project
  3. Add a cube to level and set it to moveable
  4. Add a point light near the cube to light it
  5. Add some source radius and length to the point light
  6. Rotate the point light so that it is horizontal 
  7. Build lighting

Results:
The cube will have odd and incorrect shadows lighting it

Expected:
The cube will be lit normally with proper shadows

Steps with project:

  1. Open attached project
  2. Build Lighting

Results:
The cube will have odd and incorrect shadows lighting it
