Unable to call several functions in UMovieSceneParameterSection due to them not being exposed outside of the module

Description

The AddScalarParameterKey(), AddVectorParameterKey(), and AddColorParameterKey() functions in the UMovieSceneParameterSection class are not currently exposed to be called from outside of the module.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Locate the MovieSceneParameterSection.h file in the Engine source code.
  2. Locate where the UMovieSceneParameterSection class is declared in file.
  3. Find the AddScalarParameterKey(), AddVectorParameterKey(), and AddColorParameterKey() functions in the class.

RESULT:
None of these functions are currently exposed to be called from outside of the module.

EXPECTED:
These functions are exposed so that they can be called from outside of the module
