Description

Custom collision presets will not be saved properly to foliage after closing and reopening the project. Additionally if you make changes to any collision preset in project settings, the foliage will not update its setting till after you reset the collision settings.

Found in 4.19 CL# 4033788, 4.20 Preview 3 CL# 4135216, 4.21 CL# 4157973, and 4.22 CL# 4589258

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open the editor
  2. Create a blank project
  3. Go to Project settings > Collision
  4. Create a new preset like the attached image
  5. Select the foliage tool and add any static mesh to the foliage
  6. Select the mesh being used as foliage and set its collision to the custom preset
  7. Expand the collision preset to see it has the proper settings
  8. Save your level then close and re-open the project
  9. Open your level and in Foliage mode look at the collision settings on your foliage mesh

Results:
The foliage collision preset settings will be set incorrectly

Expected:
The collision settings would be the same
