Description

Windows scaling appears to affect the HMD if the project is open on a screen with window scaling being used.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Set the Windows scaling to 150% (Display settings > Slide the slider to 150% for the option "Change the size of text, apps....")
  2. Make sure the oculus is setup and turned on
  3. Open the editor
  4. Play in VR preview
  5. Press the '~' key to open the console

Result: The console is not visible and has appears slightly off screen near the bottom
Expected: The Console would appear in the middle of the screen
