AttachTrack's SectionTitle is not displayed, when accessed from the master level sequence.

The cause is GetSectionTitle in AttackTrackEditor.cpp. When accessed from Master, the result of Sequencer-> FindBoundObjects is empty.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. open attached project
  2. open subLevelSequence and check attach track. 
  3. open MasterLevelSequence and double click shot track to open subLevelSequence
  4. check attach track
