Failure to save after reimport when datasmith actors with override were moved to sublevel

1. Import attached datasmith file [Link Removed]
2. In Content Browser, click on Save All
3. Name the level MyLevel_full
4. Select the red box and the omni light
5. Open the Levels Window (Window > Levels)
6. Click on the Levels Dropdown and select Create New with Selected Actors
7. Save the sub-level under the name MyLevel_partial
8. Close and Reopen the current project
9. Reload the level MyLevel_full
10. Open the Levels Window, and hide the main level by cicking on the eye icon next to it
11. Reenable the level by clicking on the icon again
12. Select and move the red box
13. In the Content browser, look for the Datasmith Scene Root
14. Right Click on it, and select reimport
15. In the Content Browser, Click on Save All

RESULT
You get this error message

Save is not happening, the red box override seems to have been applied twice.
