Description

Namespaces in skeletal mesh FBXs are coming in as prefixes to the bone name. This issue did not appear in 4.19.2 (CL-4033788), as seen in the attached picture.

This issue was reported and tested in 4.20 (CL-4212847). This issue was reproduced in Main 4.21 (CL-4221482)

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Download the attached FBX file
  2. Open the UE4 Editor and create a new blank project
  3. Import CH_Character_rig.fbx
  4. Open CH_Character_rig_Skeleton

Results: The name of each joint has the namespace as a prefix to the bone names "rig_"

Expected: Namespaces are removed from the name of the bone, "rig_root" should be "root".
