Description

If an instance of a child BP has a non-default value for its parameters, that value will be ignored in the cooking process if the parent BP is nativized but the child is not and the default value from the child BP will be used instead.

This occurred in 4.18 and 4.19

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Download the attached project
  2. Open the project
  3. Package for Windows 64-bit
  4. Open the packaged game
    Result: The print string shows that the scale of the component is 2, 2, 2 instead of the 3, 3, 3 that was set on the instance in the level
    Expected: The print string shows 3, 3, 3, the value set on the instance in the level.
