The PostProcess Outline Material doesn't render properly.
Broken in 4.20.1 (CL - 4239966) and 4.21 (CL - 4245542)
Working in 4.19.2 (CL - 4033788)
Expected: There would be a rainbow outline glow around the box.
Result: The PostProcess Material is not rendering.
