Description

InstancedStaticMeshComponent is not properly updated when Actor enabled collision changes.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Spawn an Actor
  2. Disable Actor Collision
  3. Add an ISMC
  4. Enable Actor Collision
  5. ISMC will not be updated with enabled actor collision
