Reported by a licensee on UDN, this bug is fallout from the fix made for the following Jira:
The attached assets were created at 60hz.
Frame Evaluation is expecting 30Hz, however. This causes the range of frames being imported to be reduced by about half, starting the animation at around ~Frame 200 instead of Frame 400.
Result:
Animation plays through an attack
Expected Result:
Frames progress, but the model does not move
