Projects without PhysX (WITH_PHYSX disabled) will not compile.
- FBodySetupShapeIterator requires a constructor
- RuntimePhysXCooking is enabled by default, triggering the compilation of "PhysXCooking" which does not compile without WITH_PHYSX
