The editor has been modified to support long file names, but the packaging pipeline (which is written in C#) needs to be upgraded to NET 4.6.2 to enable this. Without enabling it, it crashes with a PathTooLongException.
On Windows 10, enable long path support (see eg. [Link Removed])
Create a new blueprint project
Create an asset with a path longer than 260 characters
Package the project for Windows
Observe that packaging crashes
