Description

Editor crashes when attempting to play a recorded demo - Assertion failed: IsGameWorld() && GetCurrentLevel()

This issue occurs when using a template project or QAGame. This does not occur when using ShooterGame. 

Seen in Release-4.21.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open QAGame
  2. PIE
  3. Enter demorec QAGameDemo into the console
  4. Wait 10s
  5. Enter demostop into the console
  6. Enter demoplay QAGameDemo into the console

Result: The project crashes.
