Description

There is this new variable. bDisableExposure which is set true when Feature level isn't SM5. Exposure bias should be supported on other platforms too.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create new project. 2. Disable auto exposure from rendering settings. 3. Try to adjust exposure value with r.ExposureOffset or Post process volume -> Exposure -> Exposure compensation.
