Description

The texture scaling of an imported CAD file is much smaller than that of a standard engine primitive or imported fbx. 

Found in 4.19 CL# 4033788. 4.20 CL# 4369336, 4.21 Preview 2 CL# 4472090

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open the Editor
  2. Import the Attached CAD file and FBX
  3. Place both into a level
  4. Create a basic material from any texture sample
  5. Apply the material to both cubes

Results:
The texture scale will be much smaller than the fbx primitive

Expected:
The texturing to match that of a fbx primitive
