Separate Translucency does not work when DoF is active

Steps to Reproduce

See sample project

  • If DoF is not used, mobile separate translucency will display normally.  
  • It occurs in both ES 2 and ES 3.1.
  • It occurs in both Mobile Preview and real devices.
