Description

IsEditorOnly Component is hidden when it is duplicated. This can be redisplayed by blueprint compile, but it is preferable that it is the same as when IsEditorOnly is disabled.
Gif1 is the case of this one.
Gif2 is the case when IsEditorOnly is disabled.
Gif3 is the case to copy and paste the IsEditorOnly component.

Steps to Reproduce

[Step]
1. Create blueprint actor.
2. Open actor blueprint and open Viewport tab.
3. Adding any component.
4. Enabled IsEditorOnly with component.
5. Duplicating component.

[Result]
Hidden duplicate components.
Redisplayed by BP compile, but it has a hierarchy of child component.

[Expected]
Components continue to display.
It has the same hierarchy which is not a child component.
