Description

Get viewport size node returns unexpected values when the user has set the windows scaling higher than 100% and has also enable High DPI support.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open a new blank project on windows 10
  2. Set windows scaling to 150% (right click desktop > Display Settings > Windows scaling)
  3. Open editor preferences
  4. Set "Enable High DPI Support" to true
  5. Restart editor
  6. Open level blueprint
  7. Print out the viewport size on tick using the "get viewport size" node
  8. Save and compile
  9. Play in New Editor window

Result: The value returned is not equal to the size setting for New editor window in the editor preferences
Expected: The size returned would be the same as what is set in the editor preferences
