Combo box widget becomes cut off when placed at the bottom of the screen

When a combo box is placed at the bottom of the screen and the project is not in fullscreen mode the contents of the box will be clipped by the bottom of the window.

1. Open editor
2. Create new widget
   Right click Content browser > User Interface > Widget blueprint
3. Add a combo box (string) to the designer tab at the bottom of the canvas panel
4. Add multiple elements to the combo box. This option can be found in the details panel under the content section
5. Open MyCharacter
6. Create the attached blueprint
7. Run in stand alone and click the combo box (Notice the selections are clipping)
8. Hit Crtl+Enter on the keybord
9. Click the Combo box again (Notice the selection now goes upward and no longer clips)
