As noted by the user in the linked UDN question, this seems to be a problem with the PointLightComponent property on APointLight not having the VisibleAnywhere property descriptor. Also as noted, the point light actor is not the only actor that suffers from this problem. The issue appears to also affect the spot and rect light actors, but not the directional or sky light actors. There may be other actors throughout the engine affected by this problem as well.
Issue occurs in all engine versions tested:
4.20.3 - CL 4369336
4.21.1 - CL 4613538
Result: No properties for the point light component are shown.
Expected result: All EditAnywhere and EditDefaultOnly properties should be shown.
