Description

Sequencer Sub Sequence cannot play back from Master Sequence, when the Property Time Scale is set to numbers under "1.0"

Steps to Reproduce

Project Attached for easy Replication/Reproduction. [Link Removed]

  1. Create a new LevelSequence named "SubScene"
  2.  Add an actor, and add some animation (either an AnimationSequence on a SkeletalMeshActor or key framed transformation).
  3. Create a new LevelSequence named "MainScene".
  4.  Add a SubScenes track.
  5.  Add SubScene to the SubScenes track.
  6.  Press play (the animation in SubScene should run as expected)
  7.  Right-click on SubScene, go to Properties, and set TimeScale to 2.0
  8.  Press play (the animation in SubScene should run as expected, at double speed)
  9. Right-click on SubScene, go to Properties, and set TimeScale to 0.5
  10. Press play (the animation in SubScene will not run)

Result: Doesn't run if the TimeScale is set to anything less than 1.0

Expected: Sequencer would run at a slower speed.
