Piloting a camera or actor in the scene does not have expected camera controls when focusing and orbiting something while holding Alt.
Add a Camera or CineCamera to the Level.
Place another object like a StaticMesh Cube to view and orbit around.
Select the Cube.
Without piloting, you can press 'F' to focus on the Cube.
Hope Alt and drag with the left mouse held down. You should orbit the focused cube.
Now select the placed CineCamera.
Right click the CineCamera and Select "Pilot..."
Select the Cube and focus on it with "F".
Hold Alt and try to orbit again by holding down left mouse and dragging.
The camera should now go crazy and not behave as expected. Looks like the orbit pivot is not at the correct location. This is also broken for holding Alt and dragging with either the middle mouse button or right mouse button.
