Description

If the delay to begin printing the log to the window is too long, some of the logging can be thrown out.

This issue does not occur with Android Device Output log

UPDATE1: The last time I reproduced this on a Mini4, there was only a 7 second delay before the logging began, however, the remainder of the startup logging took over 60 seconds to complete. Afterward, further logging was delayed even longer (more details in comments).

UPDATE2: Not only is there a delay on some devices, but one live user who has reported this issue was unable to have logging resume without sending an unreal console command to the device (see linked URL).

Occurs On These Devices:
iPad Mini 4, v13.1 (A8)
iPhone 6S+, v13.1 (A9)

Does NOT Occur on These Devices:
iPhone X, v12.1 (A11 Bionic)

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Install an app to an iOS device that can reproduce the issue (I used FP template code and BP)
  2. Connect it to the PC
  3. Run the editor
  4. Enable Device Output Log under experimental editor preferences
  5. Open the log window and target the device
  6. Run the app

RESULT: There is a delay before the startup logging completes. It is variable and can range anywhere from almost unnoticeable to more than 2 minutes. If the delay is long, the startup log is sometimes truncated and only the end of it will appear in the window.
