On Linux machines users are unable to uncap their framerate in the editor. This issue has been observed in multiple maps, including TM-URO and TM-AnimPhys, as well as Third Person Blueprint projects.
This issue has not been observed on Windows or Mac.
This issue did not occur in //UE4/Release-4.21 @ CL 4899592. Due to this, I have marked this issue as a Regression.
Set up
1. Create and open a Third Person blueprint project with no starter content.
Steps
1. Play in viewport
2. Enter Stat FPS and observe FPS will appear to be capped at 60
3. Enter t.maxfps 0
Result
FPS appears to still be capped at 60
Expected Result
FPS should be uncapped
