Description

Stereo layer appears to float and move when the VR pawn starts while looking away from a world locked stereo layer

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Make sure Vive is setup up and turned on
  2. Download the attached project
  3. Open the project
  4. Play in VR Mode (Should start on VRPawnRotated map)
  5. Move your head around

Result: The Stereo layer appears to float in the opposite way that the HMD moves
Expected: The stereo layer would appear to stay in one spot (no movement)
