When a user packages or launches onto tvOS it will be missing the thumbnail and the background banner.
This may be a dupe of [Link Removed] but I have created this as this was confirmed to be working during that bugs discovery.
This was also confirmed working in //UE4/Release-4.21 at 4899592 so it is a regression.
Result: There is no UE logo on the thumbnail and the banner is missing the UnrealEngine logo
