Description

A user has reported that Refraction does not affect Translucent or Masked materials at all on Android. It is also limited in how much it affects Opaque materials.

Regression?: No
This has been tested to occur in 4.20 and was reported by the user that it occurred as far back as 4.17.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Download the attached project.
  2. Move the camera so that you are viewing the 3 cubes in the level from above, with the larger cube (with a translucent refraction material on it) in between you and the cubes.
  3. Notice that the refraction affects all of the cubes.
  4. Enable Android preview in Settings > Preview Rendering Level.
  5. After the shaders load, take a look at the cubes again.
Result: Refraction does not affect the Translucent and Masked materials, and barely affects the Opaque one.
Expected: Refraction affects all of the materials as it does on Desktop rendering modes.
