Unable to connect to a pixel streaming server via a Web Browser widget on Android

A user has reported that connecting to a Pixel Streaming server results in a failure if you are attempting to do so from a Web Browser widget on Android.

When attempting to test this in Main, I was unable to due to being blocked by [Link Removed]

This occurs in 4.21

1. Create a project that has the Pixel Streaming plugin enabled and run through the setup to start a Pixel Streaming server.
2. Download the attached project
3. Package the project for Android
4. Launch the Android application
5. Enter the IP of the computer that is hosting the Pixel Streaming server
6. Press Click to Play
   Result: The message "WebRTC connected, waiting for video" is given and the video never appears
   Expected: The Pixel Streaming video appears, as it does in a browser outside of the editor.
