Hang when editing static mesh with Alianware laptop (2070MaxQ) with RTX on

Alianware Laptop with 2070MaxQ.

1. Turn on RTX
2. open a level
3. add a new static mesh actor to the level or simply double click to static mesh to open  static mesh editor

Result:  UE4 will hang.

      If turn off RTX, then everything is fine.

      If turn off the screen and use HDMI to connect to external display/monitor, then won't hang.
