Project crashes when changing the tool tip of an image widget and then trying to compile

The user was adjusting the dpi curve and now when an image tool tip is changed and then the user tries to compile the widget, the project crashes

Could be related to:
https://jira.ol.epicgames.net/browse/UE-7681

1. Open attached project
2. Open the "My" folder
3. Open the "interface" widget
4. change the tool tip text of the image widget
   Details panel > Behavior > Tool tip text
5. Try to compile the widget blueprint (interface)
6. Notice it crashes
