This behavior seems to occur only for spawnable. The licensee wants the renaming behavior to be consistent.
1. Add Actor to Sequencer

2. Renaming from World Outliner will succeed
[Link Removed]
3. Renaming from Sequencer does not sync to Outliner
[Link Removed]
4. Renaming from Outliner again does not sync to Sequencer
[Link Removed]
