Description

Sequencer bindings are lost when creating Sequence Player after loading a Sublevel using LoadLevelInstance.

This was reported and tested in 4.21.2 (CL-4753647). This was reproduced in 4.22.3 (CL-7053642), 4.23 (CL-7173969), and Main 4.24 (CL-7174533)

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open the UE4 Editor and create a Blank project
  2. Create two Levels, a Main and a Sub level
  3. Create a Level Sequence in the Sub level and add/bind some Actors to the Sequence
  4. In the Main level's Level Blueprint, call LoadLevelInstance off of BeginPlay and pass in the level Sub
  5. Add a SequencePlayer for the Level Sequence created earlier and Play it
  6. Play in Editor from Main level

Results: The Level Sequence in Sub level won't play in Main level. When opening the Level Sequence it has lost all of its bindings.

Expected: The Level Sequence to play when using LoadLevelInstance
