Searching the Project settings in 4.23 onward for Input/Bindings does not result in the Action and Axis Mappings sections showing up.
Results: The first option is Speech Mappings, followed by Axis Config, but the usual sections for Action and Axis Mappings are missing.
Expected: To see the Action and Axis Mappings sections.
