Working as intended.

Description

The Delay node cannot be added to the StandardMacros bp in the Engine folder. However, the Delay node can be added to a new Macro Library bp and any Macro in an actor class blueprint.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open QA-Game
2. In the Content Browswer, click the View Options in the bottom-right corner
3. Enable 'Show Engine Content'
4. In the Engine folder, search for StandardMacro
5. Open the StandardMacro bp
6. Press the + Macro button to create a macro (or open an existing macro)
7. Right-click in the graph & search for 'Delay' (disable Context Sensitive)
8. The Delay node can't be found
9. Enable the Palette & search for 'Delay'
10. Attempt to drag the Delay node into the graph
11. The Delay node cannot be added to the macro
