When FLODUtilities::RegenerateLOD retrieves the ClothBindings, it does not account for disabled cloth sections getting stripped and can connect the Cloth Data to the wrong sections.
See FillClothingData in FQuadricSkeletalMeshReduction::ReduceSkeletalMesh for how this is handled.
