Before we were able to request CTRL+ALT+F11 while debugger is paused, then resuming the debugger (F5), LivePP was kicking, rebuilding before really unpausing the debugger.
Now, if I want LivePP to work, I have to make sure debugger isn't paused first.
1. Put a breakpoint in the editor being debugged
2. Have the solution break on the said breakpoint
3. Change code, Save and request LivePP to rebuild code live
4. Hit F5 to continue execution
5. Observe LivePP not being summoned.
