Will look at this when getting mesh paint 2.0 finalized

Description

Unexpected behaviour when painting skeletal meshes with small radius brush.

This does not occur with static meshes.

Confirmed in 4.25 MAIN @ CL 9730599

Steps to Reproduce

User provided showcase video: [Link Removed]

  1. Place skeletal mesh into level (Tested with Manny)
  2. Activate paint mode
  3. Reduce brush radius (~1)

Results: 1. Cursor is to large/opaque and hides verts when painting small areas 2. Not all verts are paintable when brush radius is small
