Regression when using custom stencil with in-editor mobile preview.
This does NOT reproduce in MAIN at CL 9730599
4.22 Sample project attached
1. Project Settings -> Set Custom Depth-Stencil Pass to "Enabled with Stencil" Also Enable Mobile HDR and Android Support OpenGL 3.1
2. Place a cube in the level
3. Enable "Render Custom-Depth Pass" on cube and set the stencil to 100
4. Create a surface/translucent material with SceneTexture -> Custom Stencil connected to base color
5. Place a plane which covers whole placed cube + Set the plane's material to newly created custom stencil material.
6. Set the preview rendering level to Android GLES3.1 Preview or iOS Preview
Result: Cube will not show through plane in 4.23
