Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Editor (any project)
2. Open any blueprint
3. Right click in Event Graph
4. Create new timeline
5. Drag off exec output from timeline and create new Timeline Play Rate node
6. ctrl+c to copy play rate node
7. ctrl+v to paste node
