Description

The user reports that the Landscape Spline Width and Side Falloff isn't respecting Unreal Units in the Editor. The usage for comparison is a Cube that is scaled up 7x to Splines that have a Width of 700 and Side Falloff of 10. 100 Unreal Units equal 1 meter so the 700 width Splines should have equal width to that of a 7x Cube.

Steps to Reproduce
    1. Open the UE4 Editor and create a Blank project
    2. Create a Landscape and add two Splines
    3. On the Splines set the Side Falloff to 10 and the Width to 700
    4. Click on Segments, add a Spline Mesh, and set it to a Cube
    5. Drag a Cube into the Editor and set the X, Y, and Z to 7
    6. Drag the Cube to the Spline to compare it in size
Results: The cube mesh and the spline width do not match

Expected: The Cube mesh and the Spline Mesh should match almost exactly
