Steps to Reproduce

1 Create Default VR Project from template
2 Disable steamVR, OculusVR Plugins, turn on WindowsMixedRealityHMD Plugin, and restart the editor.
3 Package the game.
4 Connect Sumsung Odyssey HMD device with PC.
5 press Alt + Enter to switch to full screen.
